Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!

Great Manual! It contains all the wiring schematics and mechanical exploded views that are essential for service and repair. I was surprised I even found this for such an old machine. Only wish I knew of this site many years ago.

Good pdf of the service manual for this unit. Includes disassembly instructions, full schematics, board layouts, parts lists and diagnostic information. Some information is in the pdf twice (single pages, and split pages), but that could be how it was originally generated by panasonic, or perhaps the idea is to make it eaiser to put onto 8.5 x 11" pages.
Information was exactly what I needed. Delivery was overnight (less than 12 hours) and I was happy with the process.
There shall be no slack in the wire in this area. The excess wire shall be folded and tucked under (which will prevent the wire from getting tangled in the upper cover).

The ECN1/ECN2 wires shall be laid so that the excess wires shall be laid out as shown in the figure below. ECN1 ECN2 Terminal board PWB DRIVE PWB RGB
Particular care shall be taken not to bend the wires when laying out them.
Screw Washer CNSG Particular care shall be taken to prevent the CNSG/CNDS2 from getting entangled in the upper cover when mounting the cover. The excess CNSG wire shall be tucked under the PWB DRIVE.
The CNSG shall be secured to the PWB DRIVE with a screw.
ECN1 ECN2 EDS2 CNSG
The installation of the flexible cable shall be subject to the drawing in the bottom right corner of this sheet. It shall be securely fitted Flexible cable to PWB FAN G01. (R panel) ERM1

Particular care shall be taken to prevent the wire stopper from being twisted on the board. Flexible cable (B panel) The ECN3 shall be connected to the EMD1 prior to securing the PWB DRIVE. In addition, the installation of the flexible cable shall be subject to the drawing in the bottom right corner of this sheet. PWB DRIVE
The wire clamp shall be secured with a wire stopper to prevent it from moving.
POWER UNIT (BALLAST)
Push the slack in the ECN3 cable between the ballast and PWB DRIVE. POWER UNIT (BALLAST) EMD1
Purse lock 8
The connectors for the ballast and power fan shall be clamped to the fan cover with a purse lock.
The installation of the flexible cable shall be subject to the drawing shown below. (1) Insert the flexible flat cable securely into the connector base. (Particular attention shall be paid to the inserting direction as this connector 1 has contacts on its underside). (2) Move the hinge in the arrow Flexible flat cable direction to securely lock it.
